Cockpit Procedures Trainer
As Aircraft and Flight Simulators are expensive to operate it is important that students make the best use of the time available in the training session by being prepared.
Primarily, Flight Simulator Training Centres utilise these trainers for initial aircraft type ratings as they have zero operating costs and can be used an unlimited amount of times by students to memorise their scan flows and work cycles by utilising the touch drill technique for their practice.
Additionally, Multi-crew training, Crew Resource Management and Emergency drill procedures are areas that can benefit from using the Cockpit Procedures Trainer before moving into the Full Flight Simulator.
SimFly's Cockpit Procedure Trainers are made out of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) which is light weight, strong and coated in a white polyester hard wearing finish.
All panels are full size illustrations of the actual aircraft panels in very high detail allowing the student to see all the same information as they would in the real aircraft. These panels are covered in an 80 micron Ultra Violet protective laminate before being adhered to the ACP.
CPT's come in an easy to assemble flat pack using Stainless Steel bolts and wing nuts (no special tooling required) and can be shipped worldwide at reduced rates due to their compact and lightweight design allowing our trainers to be provided at a highly competitive price.

The universal CPT has been designed to suit space limited training areas and can be quickly changed to suit other aircraft types. The Universal CPT stand consists of an aluminium tubular construction with a hard wearing black powder coating
